The New Manufacturing Base
July 16th, 2008
The international companies take China as the best company for manufacture. They chose Beijing, Canton and Shanghai first. Then they invested in Suzhou, Wuxi, Xi’an etc.
Now what is the next base they are considering? I don’t know what they will choose. I prefer the nearby third line cities such as Changzhou, Changshu, Taicang etc. It’s because you can get cheaper land the labors there. And the government encourages this kind of investment.
So today I went to Changzhou to take a look. It is really a good news. They have just finished an industry park and I am the first one who comes. So the deputy mayor welcomed me and he agreed giving me 1000 m2 standard workshop to start. I am thinking about the freight fee and labor cost.
They told me that all these things are cheaper than that of Wuxi’s. I am thinking to extend my manufacture base there.
We Learn Together And Progress Together
July 3rd, 2008

After a week’s preparation, I decided to learn the management lessons with my employees. I fully understand their eagerness to learn and take it a responsibility to give them enough opportunity to learn. We first studied Dr. Yu Shiwei’s management lessons. Mr. Yu had been the CEO of Japanese Northeast Airlines, San Deli Beer Co., ltd and other big companies. He has a lot of experiences in not only being a good manager, but also being a good employee.
The first training was very successful. We all said something about talent. We began to know how to be a valuable employee. And what the company need to provide the employees. I cherish the learning environment very much.
Biousing Attracts The Attention Of Jiangsu Medias
July 2nd, 2008
Today Siangsu TV, Yangzi Evening Paper, Jiangsu Daily and other 3 media visited biousing. They are preparing for a game to introduce our industry park. As a biotech company, we represent the biology technology industry.
They came with the leaders of Jiangsu Science and Technology Ministry. They took some video and talked with us to grasp some advanced tech news. I introduced our company and the industry in China. I told them an idea which they were very interested. I said if you want to extend your biotech business with the lowest venture, you should work close to biopharmaceutical industry but never enter it. For example, every pharmaceutical company who wants to develop a new drug needs to invest in R&D, pre-clinical trails and clinical trials. But where does it spend its money? Of course the capital will focus on reagents, consumables and all kinds of experiments. Just offer the service of that and get your profit back. Both you and the pharmaceutical companies get what they want. They agreed with me.
The minister of Innovation Center of New District said he would visit me again to get the detail because he was writing a development suggestion letter to the New District government. I am happy that I can help them and my idea is welcome to them.
